I'm Shawn Grimes, a Florida REALTOR® and co-founder of Florida Grimes Group at eXp Realty. Together with my wife, Christine, we help buyers and sellers throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, including North Port, Venice, Wellen Park, Nokomis, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 20 years owning and managing residential investment properties while building and operating a successful paving company. That experience gives me a practical understanding of homes, construction, negotiations and property value, helping my clients make informed decisions throughout every transaction.
